The University of Houston Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble is composed primarily of undergraduate music education and performance majors from the Moores School of Music. The ensemble is directed by Dr. Kevin Fenske (Professor of Practice in Euphonium) and Mr. Mark Barton (Affiliate Artist in Tuba and Principal Tuba of the Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet Orchestras). Past performances include community outreach at local hospitals, national anthem performances at collegiate sporting events, and featured appearances at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Conference.
